Rising Star Academy of Arts located in Winnipeg, Manitoba was established in September 2010 (previously operating as Rising Star Dance Academy 1998 – 2010)  and has been responsible for providing outstanding dance and theatre lessons ever since.

In September 2011, we embarked on our next adventure by opening our doors to the world of music.

We specialize in creating and educating musicians and dancers in technique and appreciation of the arts as well as encouraging personal/group responsibility, a healthy lifestyle and community involvement.

Rising Star Academy of Arts provides current and effective teaching methods through continuing educational experiences in provincial and national music and dance centres.  Each teacher is an accomplished musician and/or dancer; his/her combined experience, innovation and enthusiasm marks the teaching style at Rising Star.

All teachers and office staff have current criminal record/child abuse registry checks.

We offer private music and vocal instruction in addition to multiple classes in all styles of dance and will work to find the right fit for each student.
